Salinas Valley Health and Anthem Blue Cross Reach Agreement on Contract

Salinas Valley Health has reached a new contract agreement with Anthem Blue Cross effective November 21, 2023, that provides Anthem members with in-network access to inpatient and outpatient services at its medical center, clinics, Doctors on Duty and Taylor Farms Family Health & Wellness Center.

The successful resolution comes after months of negotiations during which Salinas Valley Health protected Anthem patients from higher costs by honoring in-network rates even though Anthem had terminated its contract.

Salinas Valley Health is grateful to the community for its support during the contract discussions and is pleased to resume its longtime relationship with Anthem Blue Cross.

All commercial Anthem Blue Cross plans are now in-network.
