Central Coast Health Connect
Salinas Valley Health believes every patient should
have easy, instant access to his/her health information. We are pleased
to provide your health information to you online using a secure internet
portal called Central Coast Health Connect (CCHC) the new Monterey County
Health Information Exchange.
CCHC allows you to manage your health information and communicate with
your care providers when your need is non-urgent, but important. That
includes care not only here at Salinas Valley Health Medical Center, but anywhere in the county where
you have received care from a participating provider.
CCHC allows you to view pertinent health information for both inpatient
and outpatient services. This information includes:
- Lab Results
- Physician Reports
- Summary of Care
- Medications
- Allergies
- Discharge Instructions
