Mindfulness meditation is a practice that brings your attention to the present moment through a series of techniques such as deep breathing, body scanning and observing your thoughts and feelings. These techniques can aid in reducing stress and anxiety while promoting overall wellbeing. Through a mindfulness practice one can lean into restfulness, allowing the body and mind to recharge and further support healing and recovery.

Join one of the many mindfulness classes offered through Salinas Valley Health. These classes are held virtually and are free to the community.
