Aurora A. Robledo, MD

About the provider

As an advocate for women’s health and with a strong background in community service, leadership and research, Aurora Robledo, MD, MS, is a family medicine and obstetrics physician who provides full-spectrum patient care.

After receiving her master of science in biology with a concentration in neurobiology, Dr. Robledo served as a rural health scholar at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth where she earned her medical degree and helped found the Latino Medical Student Association there. She completed her residency at Sutter Santa Rosa Family Medicine in Santa Rosa, California and a program there in Continuing Reproductive Education for Advance Training Efficacy. Dr. Robledo’s fellowship at Avista Adventist Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital North in Colorado focused on maternal-child health.

Dr. Robledo previously served as Director of Women’s Health Curriculum at Emanate Health, in West Covina, California, which features an innovative program that encourages participants to collaborate in changing the way we look at family medicine.

She has been involved in community engagement, diversity promotion programs and mentoring of high school students. In addition, she served on the Board of Directors for a Parkinson’s disease support group in San Antonio, Texas. During her four-year tenure there, she organized events and educational symposiums, and established and led a recreational wellness piano program for community members with Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Robledo’s research has included brain language, cognition and voice therapy for patients with Parkinson’s disease.
