Arash Ordookhani, MD, joined Salinas Valley Health Medical Center as a Hospitalist in September of 2018. Sometimes called an “inpatient physician”, a hospitalist is a family or primary care physician who focuses exclusively on the care of hospitalized patients.

Dr. Ordookhani, earned his medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Ghazvin, Iran. He completed his internal medicine residency at Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Ordookhani grew up in Iran. He is fluent in English and Farsi. In his leisure time, Dr. Ordookhani enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family and friends.
