With three decades of experience and a strong background of local service, Annette J. Rasi, MD, is highly adept at diagnostic radiology, knows our community and treats each patient with individual attention.
Dr. Rasi graduated from the Monterey Bay Academy at La Selva Beach in Santa Cruz County, CA. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 1989 before obtaining her medical degree in 1993. After an internship at Kettering Medical Center, Dr. Rasi completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She followed with a fellowship at the University of California, Davis Medical Center where she focused on musculoskeletal MRI, and ultrasound imaging/interventions including obstetrics and mammography.
Her service at healthcare institutions on California’s Central Coast includes six years at Hazel Hawkins Hospital, two decades at Watsonville Community Hospital and, more recently, a position at Natividad Medical Center. Additionally, she is the Radiologic Technology Program Medical Director for Cabrillo College in Aptos. Dr. Rasi previously volunteered for two years with the American Red Cross as a staff radiologist for Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany.
